Matter of Disbarment of Peter T. Roman, 487 U.S. 1261 (decided September 15, 1988): Stole client funds, forged signatures, lied to the court about funds being distributed, 526 So. 2d 60. From his website we see he’s back in action, though Westlaw has no reported cases from him since the disbarment date.
